“After Jesus and Paul, Augustine of Hippo is the most influential figure in the history of Christianity ”

—Christian History Magazine

An Enchiridion on Faith, Hope and Charity was written by the Patron Saint Augustine of Hippo sometime about 421 AD. Augustin was born in Thagaste, near Hippo, in what is now Algeria, on November 13, 354 A.D.

The word Enchiridion in Greek simply means "Handbook". So a more modern name for this work from is the "Handbook on Faith, Hope and Love".

This Handbook is rich with teaching and insight from the life of St. Augustine. It chronicles in depth the attributes of God as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 13:13
